Welcome to Healthcare Magic
Constipation is due to bad food habits in most cases. It gets aggravated in pregnancy during this time. You need to eat more fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Do not take any sort of medicine to soften faeces as it can damage pregnancy. Drink plenty of water. Do daily brisk walking exercise as well. This will be sufficient for normal bowel movements.
