As you have said that you do feel breathless on running around i suspect you could be anemic For your hair fall pls take capsule Conviron once daily- it is an iron tablet most iron tablets cause constipation- but this causes less of a problem Take it for 2-3 days and continue it if you dont have any constipation problems if alright take it for a month If you are having constipation with this tablet- then
