Having Severe Headache With High Grade Fever. What Would Be The Disease?

my husband is having severe headache with high grade fever of 101`f.nausea,present since yesterday,what would be the disease,he had roadside food on sunday.he also had this kind of fever every year twice or thrice since the past 4years,please suggest

i would suggest you meet your dr immeadiatey
fever with headache with vomitting/nausea
this is a classical triad of meningitis
and you need a dr to check that out
meanwhile get an mri brain done

it might be another simple infection
but meningitis should be ruled out
