Having Severe Pain In Leg And Back, Bump Appeared Close To The Shin Bone. Need Some Advice

I have have extreme pain in my left leg, deep pain and thought was coming from my low back from back spasms. Then as I tried to soothe my back of calf and get to where the pain felt it was originating, I realized, found it was primarily coming from the left side of calf, about 3 inches above my ankle and a bump, know,lump close to the shin bone is there and new. I cannot seem to relieve this deep pain. Can you advise please?

thanks for writing to HCM,
your problem is surely very painful and bothering you alot. but you didn't explained the features of that lump - is that lump hot or cold on touch, is it itchy or not, colour of lump any discharge coming out of it, is it tender on touch, is it hard or soft on touch.

all these questions can be answered by your clinical examination. and depending on this some lab investigations will be required.
so for this kindly see physician nearby you, do not delay because if this lump is of infectious origin it should be treated promptly.
