Having Severe Pain In Shoulder And Spine. May Be Thoracic Outlet Syndrome. Solution?

I have severe pain in my left upper back slightly below the shoulder and near my spine. I think it may be thoracic outlet syndrome, based on what I read on this website. Is there anything I can do for it over the weekend without access to medical care, and what type of doctor should I see--neurologist, orthopedist, or other?

Rheumatologist 's  Response
Hi. Pain in the upper back and spine is unlikely to be thoracic outlet syndrome. Though it is difficult to derive the source of your pain online, i would suggest you to take the opinion of a Rheumatologist for the same. For now you may take an analgesic/ muscle relaxant combination for the same, and hot fomentation to reduce the pain. Thank you.
