Having Sinus Pressure With Discharge, Sore Throat And Reddish Spots On Uvula. Any Over The Counter Medications?

I had some sinus drainage and a sore throat 5 days ago, seemed to be feeling better on day 2. The next day had very bad sinus pressure (feels like my face and back of head is bruised). Been dealing with sinus pressure that is not relieved with any over the counter medication . My throat is red and irritated and I have red spots on my uvula?

Hi, Mommad,
Thanks for query.
It seems that you are having Acute upper respiratory tract infection giving rise to all problems.
Go for antibiotic medicine like Azithromycin for 3-5 days after consulting your doctor.
Take some decongestant medicines as well.
Do warm water or Listerine gargles.
Avoid fried and junk food.
Ok and bye.
