Having Sinus, Tonsils, Fever, Body Pain. Taking B Cin, Zeet, Cough Syrup. Am I Taking Right Medication?

I have sinus and Tonsils Problem, and right now I have fever and i am unable to speak and breathe. Also, my body is aching a lot. Please suggest me what might be the problem. I have been prescribed medicines like B-Cin, Zeet and dry cough syrup. Please suggest me if I am taking the right mediciation, also, various steps to overcome my problem at the current time.

the problem you have described usually responds to amoxycillin and clavulanate combination drugs
in addition you have to take paracetamol for relief of fever and pain.
warm saline gargling and inhalation of steam may help
you can continue zeet or dry cough syrup as your doctor prescribed and talk less
consult ENT specialist if the above measures will not improve your condition
