Having Skin Infection On Scrotum And Inner Thigh. Using Candid Cream. Skin Color Has Changed And Peeling

I am having skin infection on scrotum and inner thighs where the scrotum touching the skin.the skin colour on inner thigh's has been changed to light colour where the skin touching scrotum and colour has become dark when coming towards outside from inner thigh and there is also occassional skin peeling the peeling is more when i use candid-b cream.when i use candid-b cream for 4 to 5 days and stopped the very next day scrotum will peel off white shiny skin.i haven gne to any doctor yet and itching is not excessive when i have sweating and if i am with underwear for long time then only slight itching will be there.the skin on thigh region seems to be very thin i always have strange feeling over that area like burned skin and due to peeling skin i think testicles always seems to be muddy

This could be a fungal infection it is very common in this area, now you need to start Miconazole cream with steroid contained, you need to start the oral treatment for this too Griseofulvin 500 mg twice a day for 10 days, keep habit of good hygiene have nice day.
