Having Spasms, Pain In The Body And Groin. Is It Because Of Iliopsoas Muscle? Treatment?

Hi,
I get back spasms frequently and the last one i had has turned into pain with every step except it's not in my back. the pain is in my groin, i think it's my iliopsoas muscle. My chiropractor has been working on my SI which seems to be the big problem...... it's taking longer than usual to heal this time. I"M a 40 year old female.
