Having Stomach Pain, Feels Bloated, Constipation Or Diarrhoa, Tired And Lethargic. No Periods. What Could This Be?

Hi I am worried I may have a health complication that has not been identified. I have reoccurring pain in my left side of my lower stomach, and frequently am bloated, passing wind, have either constipation or diarrhoa and am also tired and lethargic. At the moment I have had very period pain like symptoms yet I have no period. I had spotting a few weeks ago but have no had my full period. have taken a pregnancy test which was negative. I am also getting a lot of watery, clear discharge, which I need to change my undies due to how wet they are each day. I have reoccurring thrush as well. At the moment I am getting pain in my groin area more so my left side and am getting headaches and toothaches on he left side. I am also getting pain down my legs from my groin area and lower back pain which seems to also be associated with my groin area. can you give me any suggestions on what you think this could be?

OBGYN 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for the query.
According to your description the possibilities are:
Pelvic inflammatory disease
Irritable bowel syndrome.
So you once consult gynecologist, get examined and go for ultrasound to find out the possibility of above conditions.
Then depending on the test results you can go for treatment.
If your doctor suggests you can go for hormonal profile including thyroid profile to rule out hormonal imbalance.

Hi and welcome to Healthcare magic. Thank you for your query.

It sounds like you need extensive check up of whole body functions, but it sounds to me like hormnal imbalanace caused by female reproductive organs disorders. So check your hormonal levels first, basic blood work, ovarian and abdominal ultrasound and then plan further tests and treatment.
Wish you good health. If you have any question I ll be glad to help.
