Having Swollen Tonsils, Pain In Underarm And Breast. Taking Oral Contraceptive Pill. Noticed Spotting. Cure?

I have swollen, white tonsils (not too painful), and a pain in the glands under my armpit and the side of my left breast. I am on the oral contraceptive pill, and this week have been spotting between periods (not due for another week or so). Forgot to mention the spotting to my GP today. He says I may have tonsillitus or glandular fever. Felt slightly fever-ish yesterday, but not at all today. Any ideas? Thanks!

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Dear,
As per the history you have given and the clinical findings it seems that provisio nal diagnosis is correct. but I would suggest you that You get the FNAC and cytology done to rule out malignancy.
I would suggest you to consult the Specialist if you don’t get relief as on examination the findings may be different and line of treatment may have to be changed.
Yours sincerely
