Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have acne on face due hormonal disturbance which are very common in certain age group and occurs due to onset of puberty, due to contraceptive pills, hormonal changes and when clogged pores of sebaceous gland filled with sebum ,dead skin and bacteria get infected. You should get your hormones levels monitored. It could be due to Yasminelle as it can cause imbalance of hormonal levels at times. Using a combination containing norgestimate is beneficial for you as it will least effects your hormone levels. You can start with Ginette for hormonal stabilization. You should wash your face with mild soap and cold water twice a day. You should use Isotretinoin on daily basis and wash face with clindamycin gel. If condition doesn't start getting better in a month then consult dermatologist/ gynecologist once . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics course. Drink plenty of water and add fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
