Having Symptoms Of IBS Like Frequent Stools, Abdominal Pain, Discomfort After Consuming Alcohol. Cure For Symptoms?
I have been having symptoms of ibs: 1. Tendency to pass stools after having food (repeatedly ) or when I am feeling very anxious 2 pain in the abdomen when playing (which subsides as soon as I take rest 3 the intensity if these had been manageable until I started consuming alcohol . for a period of three days I consumed alcohol everynight (consumed around 800 ml alcohol ( whiskey + vodka). . Ever since this incident I have been feeling discomfort ( pain and feeling of shrinking intestines).
Alcohol is a stomach irritant and may cause vomiting. It also depresses your gag reflex. Due to these you are feeling discomfort and pain in abdomen. Alcohol stimulate the intestine and as you are suffering from IBS its effect is more.
IBS patient are advised to avoid alcohol, caffaine, tea etc. which stimulate intestine. You must not take heavy meals and avoid stress.
For the treatment of it you firstly take antibiotics by consulting your doctor and change your life style:
1. Do regular exercises
2. Avoid alcohol, smoking, tea etc
3. take high fibre diet
4. aviod stress
take care and have speedy recovery
