Having Urine Leakage And Wetting Pants, Urine Came With Semen. Nothing Wrong In Kidney. Reason?
Dear Doctor. When i passed my urine then after some drops came and wet my pant.what can i do,i check with many doctors but they say their is nothing in your kidney or urine system all are clear also no prostrate my age is 27yrs.is there any sex problem but only urine came some time urine came with semen pls reply me thanks, YYYY@YYYY

dear dribbling a few drops after urination at this age is most probably not pathological...urethra is 20 cm long ,so after urination wait for some time so that last drops also comes out....
if this does not help,then there may be urethral diverticula ....retro grade urethro gram will confirm the diagnoses...
semen in urine if occur some time is not pathological...
