Having Vaginal Bleeding, Cramping & Back Pain. Did Ultrasound. Not Pregnant. Feel Nauseous, Light Headed. Problem?

I have been having vaginal bleeding for 4 days, severe cramping & back pain. I am ten days into my birth control cycle. I am not pregnant and have had an ultrasound that showed nothing. Today is the 4th day and I am now starting to feel nauseous, light headed and I have had headaches for all four of the days. What could it be?

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The symptoms that you are having are related to the hormonal pills that you are taking. These are self limiting symptoms and are likely to subside in next 4-5 days without any treatment.
