Well I understand your concern,URTI that is upper respiratory tract infection are quite common in childhood,and it is mostly viral in nature .As u said your child also has sinusitis episodes headache are quite common with that especially on bending.stomach pain is also sometimes associated with URTI . For this u need to take special care like giving steam inhalation regularly especially during infection episodes,plenty of fluids especially lukewarm water .avoid giving sour and cold things in diet.give healthy diet containing good amount of proteins ,fruits and vegetables so that his immunity pics up.avoid giving food from outside,candies and the items which contain colouring substances .
