Head Hurts When Laid Wrong Way. Been In Abusive Relationships. Is It Neurological?
I have been in several abusive relationships before, just recently I have noticed tht when I lay my head downon the back of my head and right side, my head will hurt, as soon as I lay on my left side it stops. Could this be due to tramatic hits to my head or something nerological as I haven been in a relationship like that for ssome now. Also my body feels run down all the time
Hello,
Your history is unclear to clearly differentiate the symptoms
But since you have said you had severe traumatic hits in your head in past, it may be a reason.
Frequent heavy hits in head is dangerous, this is more common in boxers. There will be subdural hemorrhage, when pain is associated with impaired mental ability, memory it may be neurological due to traumatic injury.
You need to consult a neurologist, he may suggest you to get an CT scan and for further information he may also ask you to take a MRI scan.
Please try to avoid such kind of relationship or if it is not possible try to get counselling for both of you.
Take care
Bye
