Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

Thank you for your query on Healthcare Magic.

She developed swelling because of accumulation of blood in the scalp layers.

She needs physical examination by the doctor to rule out any brain injury and for the wound care.

Watch for vomitings, abnormal or altered sensorium, seizures, bleeding from nose, ear, and decreased limb movements and if you find any abnormality immediately take her to emergency.

Hope I have answered your query.

Regards.
