Head Injury, Difficulty Concentrating, Foggy Eyes, Bump On Forehead, Sore Jaw And Ear, Dizziness

I fell down on Saturday evening and hit my head. I went upstairs to bed and when I woke up Sunday I was having a hard time concentrating. My eyes seemed "foggy" and I have a huge bump above my forehead. This morning I noticed my left side of my face including my jaw and ear were extremely sore. I also found a hard lump behind my ear...almost feels like a bone spur. I also have had a few episodes of dizziness and sharp shooting pain through the left side of my forehead.

Hello,
Although your symptoms appear to be due to post concussion syndrome but it would be better to be on safe side and get an MRI of brain done to look for any possibility of some intracranial injury.
For your headache and other pains, you may take some anti inflammatory like ibuprofen 400 mg three times a day for 4 to 5 days.
I hope everything turns out to be normal and you should be all right in next 7 to 10 days time.
Thanks
