Head Injury, Headache, Nausea, Loss Of Vision. Used Ice. What Can I Do Now?

I fell back on my head 2 1/2 months ago with all my weight on ice and lost vision for 5 minutes and had problems with figures and motor skills for about a month. I'm incurring a constant head pain that only goes away when sleeping. Should I seek further evaluation or let time heal my brain. I went 4 days after the incident to the hospital and had some motor problems but the pain in the back of my head is now all back right and constant and doesn't let up. Its about a 7 out of 10 pain. Bearable but frustrating. I'm a mom that is always going and can't do what I used to need to rest through the day to get through when I can get a chance. I figured time will only help my brain heel. My head hit hard and bounced back on the ice and up very aggressively with nausea and feeling seek and lost vision completely for 5 minutes but came back.

Hi!. Thanks for your query. As per your complaints you had a Head injury followed by loss of consciousness for 5 minutes. You need to see a Neurologist for further evaluation and advice. Take care.
