Head, Nose And Left Side Pain When BP Is High, Problems With Breathing. MRI Shows White Matter. Should I See A Neurologists?

My head and my nose, on the left side hurt. What my phsician calls the acranial membrane (?) hurts when my blood pressure is high. also when my pressure is high, i am nauseated and sometimes vomit. i seem to have a constant pain in the upper left side of my head. i have had an mri that they said showed white matter that may be the result of "smalll strokes" I am haviing a little problem breathing.
i think that i need to see a neurologist

Hi,
It seems that due to high blood pressure there might be having some cerebro vascular in sufficieny giving rise to this problem.
Consult Neurophysician and get examined.
Ok and take care.
