Head Rush, Ears Had Ringing Sound, Static Noise, Vomiting. No Drugs Or Alcohol. What May Have Happened?

My wife got up this morning suddenly had a mild head rush. Then fighting through it the head rush got worse. She said her ears started ringing loud and a static noise then she passed out for a very short moment she is a 33 year old woman she just had her mensrtrul cycle end last week she was also vomiting. No drugs or alcohol involved either but she is a heavy drinker but not last night

The symptoms are suggestive of a syncopal attack. The common underlying causes for the same could be fatigue, dehydration, pain, etc.
