hie , i m a lady aged 28, had a miscarriage on the 27th of may and it was 22 weeks old. normally i used to have unpainfull periods but now everytime my periods are near i know because of the headaches and cramps . why? also had my period 5 days ago and today i ve been having this cramp on my left side of the abdomen and tired all the time. what could be the problem?
Hi thanks for the question ,you had miscarriage on 27th of may and after that your periods are painful with cramps and today your having cramps on left side of your abdomen.Dear relax ,miscarriage 4 months back cannot have effects on your periods ,unless you have some products of conception still present in your uterus, for which you need an ultrasound.Pain and cramps are usually associated with periods, the pain which your now complaining after periods may not be related to your cycle and may have some other origin, could be due to UTI or some other source ,ultra sound will give a clue.you can take analgesic antispasmodic during your periods in the form tab trispas.
