Headache, Body Ache, Fatigue. What Could Be This?
Dear Doctor,
i have had, and still, a headache, body aches, above the waistline frontal aches for the last three days. Every once in while i get body aches,muscles and joints, as if i have been hit by a car with no fever or other symptoms other than Fatigue then it goes in 1 or 2 days. what could it be and when should i get checked? Thanks!

Welcome to HCM.You need to be assessed for connective tissue disorders like Rheumatic Arthritis(RA),Fibromyalgia and Lupus.INfective causes like viral infections/post viral myalgia also needs to be assessed.Drugs such as statins/ACE inhibitors may also cause such pains.The opinion of your doctor should be sought who can examine and investigate you as per the physical findings.the treatment will be specific to the cause found.
