Headache, Bowel Issues, Itchy And Painful Rash On Buttocks. What Is It?

I get the headaches, bowel issues and the small blister rash on my left buttock that is painful and itchy; causing me emotional distress and fear of physical rejection. I've gone from feeling confident and pretty to celibate and talking to my cat...I'd laugh if I wasn't on the verge of tears admitting my private pain to a random health professional. I don't even want to tell my doctor...mostly 'cause I'm terrified it isn't shingles...if it's not shingles...what else could it be? Thanks, Annie
