Headache, Dizziness, Feeling Weak, Shoulder Pain. Can I Take Donolex Dt?

Hi Doctor,

I have headache and dizzines since 4-5 days. I am feeling weak also. I got an eye check up also. My eyes are fine. The optician told me that it can be cervical pain. I really dont know which doctor to consult (i mean which specialist). Can i take dolonex Dt for the time being to get rid of headache and the shoulder pain?

Thank you for the query.
If your headache is associated with nausea or vomiting and if it is unilateral then there are high chances of migraine.So I advice to consult a neurologist for this and they may prescribe headset tablet for acute attacks and prophylactic treatment like propronalol or topiramate.Dolonex is a good painkiller but some of its side effects include dizziness and headache so I dont recommend that drug.Thank you.
