Headache, Nausea, High BP, Vomiting, Unable To Walk Straight. Stroke?
I just had supper, have had a headache most of the day and started acting like I had been drinking. Couldn't talk properly, was very dizzy, couldn't walk straight, nauseated and my blood pressure was higher than normal. normal for me is 100/60 it was 128/97. did vomit a little and now it has mostly passed. did I have a stroke?

The signs and symptoms that you are telling does really need a detailed evaluation.
Stroke can be of various presentation.but the symptoms like slurring of speech etc can be something to worry about.
