Headache, Pain From Back Of Neck To Forehead. Cause?

I had recently suffered from a chronic headache, after that I have been getting sharp tight pain going up the back of the neck to the forehead thru to eyes every 4 weeks now my doctor isn't helping me to find out what causing this pain it doesn't seem normal to me do you know what could explain this pain? I also push my kneecap in against a rail on a bed

Hi, you are getting head ache every 4 weeks, means, some things are to be considered.
If you are a female it may be due to premenstrual tension, for both female and male it may be due to some tension every month at that time either financial,or some work load etc.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
Practice yoga, meditation, reading books, and hearing music.
