Headache, Pain In Neck,back. Also Feel Something Struck In Throat. Help?

I have been having headaches for over a year now. Nothing helps them. And the pain is in my neck as well. The neck stiffens up and feels as if it needs to be cracked as for the head the presure is so bad I want to crack it open too. The strangest part is when I feel like someone is pressing down on me from the top if my head and I get a strange sensation like I don't know wants coming next. Now when these flair sups I call them happen I get really scared. Lately I have also felt as if there is something stuck in my throat like a big ball? And the mid middle of my back is killing me??? Any ideas????

Hi,

Thanks for writing to health care magic.
I can understand your concern.
First you should be physically examined to identify the cause of your problems. Eye check up and ENT examination may be required. Blood pressure etc should be recorded.
After the examination further investigations like imaging of the brain, complete blood counts etc may be required for further management.
