Headache Towards Lower Part Of Head, Pain In Right Shoulder, Neck Pain, Fever, Dry Cough
i ve been having headaches towards the back lower part of my head. Pain to the right shoulder and neck area, low grade fever, and dry cough. I ve been like this going on 3 days.

Hello. Welcome to HCM.
The pains in lower cervical and upper back point out towards spondylosis or mechanical musculoskeletal pain. It is important to have MRI of cervical spine and accordingly go in for guided physiotherapy. As a preliminary step make sure your posture is correct.
Secondly dry cough with low grade fever, if has been long standing warrant investigations such as X ray to rule out tuberculosis.
