Headaches, Cramps, Had Yeast Infection, Breast Tenderness And Painful Sex. Taken Monistat. What Does This Mean?

I had a yeast infection took monistate the symptoms went away and I had sex which turned out to be painful but the pain kind of subsided as we kept going. Well afterwards I went to the bathroom and noticed I was bleeding as if I were on my period. But as time went on that day it juat got lighter to the point were its not even comming out of my vagina. Its just in me. Its pinkish and very light this has lasted three days. Im supposed to start my period today (monday 8th of July) but nope still that light bleeding. I basically have to push tissue in me to retrieve blood or notice it. I thought I may be pregnant but I took two pregnancy test they both said negative. I have all the symptoms leading up to a period but no regular flow period. My breast are a bit bigger im having head aches cramping. I did have some breast tenderness but not as bad as before. Please help me figure out whats wrong

There are less chances of pregnancy because you have continuous bleeding for 3 days.
Lower abdomen pain,headache and breast tenderness usually occur during period.
You have to go for urine pregnancy test after 7th day of missing cycle.Also confirm by blood hcg level and USG.
If you don't want pregnancy than always go for protected sex.
You have to take mtp pill under guidance of your doctor if you are pregnant.
