Headaches, Eyes Feel Heavy And Turn Pink. Diagnosed With Under Active Thyroid.
I've been having headaches since March, my eyes feel heavy and turn pink at night time. My head sometimes feel like a tight band is wrapping around it. Also my thyroid level has been up and down since last year (I have been diagnosed with underactive thyroid) my temples sometimes hurt especially right side like shooting pain. My eyes have been checked and are fine.
Hi, the reasons for head ache are, sinusitis, refractive error of the eyes, and anxiety etc. The reason for the ups and downs of thyroid levels may be taking of extra dose of the tablets, or forgetting the tablet. The raised level of thyroxine can also cause headache. So i advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. Thank you.
