hi, you have the symptoms of viral infection, and probably infection of the thyriod gland also.. take rest, see your physician for the analgesics, antipyretics and antiinflammatory, and nasal decongesants.. take multi vitamins and lots of fluid also... painful thyriod calls for the attention, this could be a early stage of hashimotos, where the thyriod levels may be normal or elevated in the initial phase and it goes for hypothyriodism in the long run...see your endocrinologist, get antithyriod antibodies levels done... all the best..
Hi thanks for your question.
Most probably you are suffering from pharyngitis that is infection of throat.Pharyngitis can give rise to sinus pressure, ear ache and myalgia, headache along with pain in the upper part of chest.Pain in thyroid nodule could be due to thyroidits that is inflammation of throid. In thyroiditis thyroid level can be normal.Consult an ENT surgeon who may be able to evaluate you for your symptoms and may treat you accordingly
