Heart Beat Goes Up, Hurts, Feel The Beating In Chest On Doing Something. Reason?

Hi my name is Nicholas im 6 foot 3 or 4 184 i do excerise im wondering what is wrong with me Alright i was walking in my field during the summer and my heart started hurting or in that area and i just wanted to get back to my house and lay down so i did and the pain lasted for about an hour or more and after that and the few weeks after everytime i would do something it would hurt again and now everytime i do something easy like walking or going up stairs at school or at my house my heartbeat goes up and i can feel it beating in my chest and i totally wore out but i still excerise

Hi, it appears that you have ischemia of the heart, or some conduction defect , So i advise you to consult a cardiologist for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have E.C.G,echo cardiogram, and thread meal test to test the heart condition, for diagnosis and treatment. Thank you.
