Heart Burns, Sore Throat Repeatedly. Taking Nexium, Garlgling, Diagnosed Acid Reflux. Reasons ?
Hi my name is AAAAA and I am a 30 year old woman who was recently diagnosed with Acid Refluxes I have heart burn and throat is sore every now and again and where my Adams apple is located middle of neck is very irritated. My question is what can I do? I am on Nexium and I have been gargling warm salt water and I just started on Maalox yesterday.

need to find the cause of heart burn
can be peptic ulcer gall bladder and liver problem
or ibs
post nasal drip can also cause this like in chronic sinuses
and medicines taken for other diseases like paracetamol calcium vitamins diet suppliments it can be common foods
get investgation accordingly
xray pns ultrasound abdomen
and other according to above guielines and treat cause
till then you are already taking antacids and ppi agents
