Heart Pain Since 3 Years. Used Betaloc 50mg Until Last Week And Has Stopped. Suggestion?

Hello,my mom has a problem with her heart,before 3 years she visited to a doctor because she had strong crisis in the left part(to her heart) the doctor said her that she suffer by a cell that prevent her heart to work in normal way.The doctor recomanded her a medicine called Betaloc ZOK 50mg,She normaly used it and the heartache were lower than before.This week she decided to visit her heart to a doctor in a hospital in Greece,he said her that she must leave the medicine of the doctor before because she was normally with her heart and this medicine is just causing her problems,so she left this medicine before a week,and at this moment she is having a big pain to the left part of her body(to the heart),what can you recommend me to do? thank you

She must start her medicine again / the medicine should not be stopped suddenly...
She must see heart specialist again – as soon as possible
She will need investigations - EKG / ECHOcardiogram / TMT (Treadmill exercise ECG) / LABORATORY work-up – may all be necessary for further assessment and assistance.
