Heart Palpitations Around Menstrual Cycle, Jaw, Neck And Ear Pain, Chills. Treatment?

I have had heart palpatations before. Usually around the time of a menstrual cycle. Lastnite however it was more severe than usual and lasted longer . also accompianied by jaw neck ear and pain in the right shoulder . Along with chills and then a feeling of being hot. Also my lower legs felt like jello when i got up to walk around.

I think it can be due to PMS symptoms. I will advise you to consult a gynecologist for that.
