Hi,
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic,

After going through the information available it seems that you have Hypertension and heart failure along with angina that is Ischemic heart disease.

You should consult a Cardiologist immediately or you can go to ER for emergency treatment.

You will require ECG, X ray chest and 2 D echocardiography to know extent of heart failure.
Treatment involves diuretics that is to remove extra fluid from body and lungs. Restrict your salt and water intake, other medication like nitroglycerin for angina and to control blood pressure and decrease fluid retention will be required.

If it is Ischemic heart disease then would need angiography and revascularization procedure as required.

You can get some relief in sitting posture and taking rest.

Hope this helps.
Wish you good health
Good luck.
