Heart Started Palpitating, Got Dizzy With Sweating. Help
Today at work my heart started palpitating I got dizzy and started sweating I sat down had some water breathed deeply and went yo the bathroom and it passed - never happened before- I sm in grat health active and yes under stress about money and career but this was never do dramatic - should I go see my dr- I feel great now

You did not mention your age and sex.anyway it might be because of mere stress or reduced glucose if you are not on proper diet.if you are nearing 35 yrs,then check your bp and sugar to rule out hypertension and diabetes.
