Heaviness And Pain On Top Of Shoulders Towards The Chest, Relief On Lying Down. On Medicines For Postpartum Cardiomyopathy. Is It Cause Of Concern?

I was having left sided arm heaviness and achiness across the top of my shoulders. Very slight heaviness on the left side of my chest .. I was diagnosed with post partum cardiomyopathy 3 yrs ago and have been on meds ever since.. Is this something i should be concerned about i laid down for an hour or so and now i feel somewhat better but i just want to check.

I suggest you should get and ECG and repeat echocardiogram to rule out ischemic heart disease.
