Heaviness In Chest With Belching, Difficulty Breathing, Panic Attack, Fullness In Ear. Is It Diet Related?
I have been having some episodes of heaviness in my chest combined with belching and "difficulty" breathing. (By that I do no mean that I can't breathe or am anxious about feeling I can't breathe like in a panic attack but merely a feeling more like short of breath or not breathing deeply enough or something.) I also have the feeling that my ears are full or sometimes ringing in my ears during these episodes but not everytime. I am guessing that it is either diet related (because of the belching) or cardiovascular (because of the fullness in my ears.) The episodes seem to kind of sneak up on me gradually... but they are getting becoming more bothersome and frequent. I am unsure what to try to alleviate the symptoms?
Hi, From history it seems that you might be having some gastric problem like acid reflux or gastritis. Possibility of having some cardiac ailment should be ruled out. Go for EKG and rule out coronary insufficiency. Take Omiprazole tablet to get relief. Avoid fried or junk food. Ok and take care.
