Heaviness In Chest, arm, Neck Pain, wheezing. EKG X Ray, Blood Test, Normal. Advised Nitroglycerin. Correct Diagnosis?
My husband has a heaviness in his chest, some neck pain and his left arm goes heavy. EKG X-ray and blood test all come back normal. He was given nitroglycerin in the ER but not prescribed to take home. The say it may be pneumonia and he does have a small cough ever so often and wheezing every so often. Is this a correct diagnosis or could it be his heart?
Hi, As he has EKG is normal there might not be having any cardiac problem. As x-ray and blood report are normal possibility of having pneumonia is less likely. You might have allergic bronchitis giving rise to this symptoms. Do deep breathing exercise daily. Ok and take care.
