Heaviness Of Left Lung, Making Sounds, Mild Discomfort, Bloating, Bowel Movements Small. What Could This Be?
When laying down it feels like something is sitting ontop of my Lung on the left side. I dont have trouble breathing but Something (besides my lung) is moving and making sounds. Ive also had slight discomfort in my lower left side Like bloated and sometimes a little pain. My bowel movements Have also been hard or smaller.

You haven't given your age. You may be having indigestion problem. this may be the reason for bloated feeling and the weird movement during breathing.
You could have some antacids.
If this doesnt help It is better to get examined for some mass like lymph nodes in lungs.
Consult your physician he may order a chest X ray and if needed Xray abdomen, this investigations will give further information if any.
