Brief Answer:
Could be caused by any organ in pelvic area

Detailed Answer:
Dear Ms, this could be due to a number of causes;
first could be due to kidney stones or inflammation this can be diagnosed by a urine analysis and ultrasound pelvis . usually this is accompanied with pain or burning sensation with urination
secondly , this could be due to irritable bowel disease , this should be diagnosed with colonoscopy and is treated with anti inflammatory medications . this is usually accompanied with bloating and abnormal bowel movements.
third, this could be due to pelvic inflammatory disease or ovarian cyst/mass .. this is diagnosed by an ultrasound pelvis . inflammatory pelvic disease is treated with anti inflammatory while cysts and masses could require surgical intervention .
