Heavy Breathing

I am 30 yrs old male, and I fell heavy breathing for past few days. Even If I walk 50-100 mtrs(normal spped) also, I am struglling to breath. but i don't fell chest pain. But some times i feel pain in my stomach. Kindly advice

Thanks for using Health Care Magic. Please have your ECG done at the earliest. The worst scenario at this age can be cardiac. It can be also because of low haemoglobin. Please do not neglect your symptoms.
