I have a 10 cintemeter fibroit over my uterus and another 3 centimiter fibroit inside my uterus...during my ultrasound exam the lab technician was not able see my left ovary at the time...Should I have my fibroit and uterus remove...

Treatment of symptomatic fibroids depends on the age, parity of the patient, size, number of fibroids and severity of the symptoms.
As you are having large sized fibroids with symptoms like menorrhagea, dysmenorrhea etc, if you have completed your family, better to go for hysterectomy.
