I am 43 yrs old married woman(widow) with 2 children(19 & 14). Have been having bleeding with very big clots for a day during periods. I have increased feeling of passing urine too. Have abdominal pain on & off. Ultrasound says Bulky uterus 11.3x7.9cm. endometrial ecocomplex thickened(1.1cm).Multiple myoma in fundal anterior & posterior wall. Biggest myoma 6.3cm x 5.5cm. What treatment should I take?
