hi,
profuse heavy bleeding can be the cause for your weakness, tiredness, aches, nausea and vomiting. These symptoms may be there for anybody with normal bleeding. For you the symptoms are more due to heavy bleeding. your heavy bleeding is for the 1st time or regular, consult your gynecologist to find out the cause for heavy bleeding and the effects of heavy bleeding.
Prior feeling of breathing difficulty and panicky may be a part of pre menstrual symptoms.
there are specific treatments for all the complaints you have. Don't try asprin or ginger water which may give temporary relief. consult gynecologist and take appropriate treatment . nothing to worry and anxious
Best wishes
