Heavy Vaginal Bleeding After Urination. Mass On Left Side Of Uterus. Causes For Bleeding?

I am a 72 year old female who started vaginal bleeding on Monday. First it was just a tinge of blood , but now is getting heavier, especially after urinating. On a visit to my reflexologist for arms, she mentioned finding something from the left side of my uterus and asked if I was having pain. Just one twinge of pain this morning on left side.

Vaginal bleeding at the age of 72 is alarming.
You should consult your doctor to rule out any pathological lesion of ovary or uterus.
