What Causes Heavy Vaginal Bleeding After Using Depo Shots?
I have been having heavy vaginal bleeding AFTER urination, frank blood, was in the er a few days ago , because it caused me to become anemic and have syncope, I have no pain, no burning, no fever or discharge, urine is clear. Er gyn saw a 2cm fibroid and uterus 15mm thick, was given depo provera shot, even though I had the essure procedure 5 years ago. what is wrong with me?

Fibroids can cause heavy vaginal bleeding so this is the likely cause of the bleeding that you are experiencing.
